I have been cheated in the name of booking, I booked a room in Gurudwara Junction on 17-09-2024 through ixigo app, booking id is IH10885264199457191 and hotel booking number is 1385233761, I deposited Rs 882 97 online but did not get any help from IXIGO or the hotel, I kept wandering with my family for about 3:30 minutes but could not find the hotel and called on the given number, spoke in Hindi but the phone was disconnected twice, being upset I booked a room in another hotel Ashoka Residency, hope that to avoid such fraud, do not book hotels online.
