I purchased flat in Ittina Neela this year. They left the construction without providing lift , Power backup and many other facilities. House is of so poor quality that water is leaking from all the walls which comes in contact of rain. Cracks all around . They have internal contact with Gold Coin Club who has taken the responsibility of maintenance work .But there goons can anytime come to your house and threaten you . You can't raise your voice for facilities which are not there .

Gym is inside the layout for Ittina people but most of the members are coming from near by villages . Ladies are feeling insecure . Every month they raise one point for taking money contribution from each resident beside monthly maintenance.

I am hopeless when I look at my house with cracks and no facility promised by builder . We are living in another English rule . Please consider this as serious and never buy any flat from Ittina Neela. Thanking
