Hi Guys, this is to inform you that if you are planning to buy the broadband internet connection of ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD then please don't choose this broadband service. There are several reasons that will help you to make a decision before you buy any plan of ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD.
Reasons:
-You will never get internet speed for which you have paid. I have bought a plan of 40Mbps and paid the amount for six months plan. I am getting a speed of only 7MBps-11MBps in the 40Mbps plan. Just look at the attached screenshot.
-Every third day, I am facing a connection issue and every time I have to call concerned person Mr. Pradeep Parekh to fix the issue. And then it takes approx 3-5 hours to resolve the issue.
-The internet speed of this broadband is worst. and it's much better to get a good speed through JIO mobile data.
-If you guys working from home and you can't workout without an internet connection, then you will feel so bad after buying the connection of ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD.
-When I requested for the new connection, I paid 3300 INR before lockdown start and them guys started my connection by giving me a temporary user ID and Mr. Pxxxxxp Pxxxxh clearly informed me that you can just use this user ID as a temporary for one month and you will be provided your own user ID within a one month of time and you will not be charged anything for this and will not be considered this one month in your actual plan, so you can use it as a free of cost for now. I said, okay no problem.
-But when I got my own user ID, I asked Mr. Pxxxxxp Pxxxxh to extend my broadband plan validity as they informed earlier, but he asked me to pay an additional 1000 Rs. via his personal Google Pay account to extend the validity and he said that if you will receive a confirmation call from ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD, then do not say anything about this 1000 Rs. and we will settle it from our end. Please check the attached screenshots of all payments I have made to ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD and to Mr. Pxxxxxp Pxxxxh's own Google Pay account. It means that the 1000 amount went to their own pocket, not to ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD. How they cheated with me and the company too.
Currently, I am using the connection of it and also I have been facing the connection issue today(18th July 2020) from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM and still Mr. Pxxxxxp Pxxxxh didn't fix the issue. I called many times to him today to fix up this issue as soon as possible, but this guy didn't pick up my single call so this all the things forced me to write this review to show the actual reality of the broadband service of ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD.
I'd recommend you that if you have other broadband options then go with that but do not go with ISHAN NETSOL PVT. LTD.
