Truth about IOPEX. Review on Iopex Technologies

Let me tell you something about a few facts:

Of course there are no good reviews about this company!

But if you working in IOPEX or want to join? or you came here to see my review then it is for you!

First of all, I don't recommend this company for anyone to join.

- If you got a job in IOPEX, then don't be so happy because the next period of your life you need to know about few things|

- Even you are talented then they don't consider you! that's true.

- When you are board, make sure that not to trust anyone even you're colleagues, because there will be an imposter or if anyone from board told you to join an unofficial what's app group? then don't ever post anything about company, managers, or don't help anyone because that will lead you to lose job on what basis? just because of this imposter, later he will share all your chats against you and that is the most bullshit thing I ever came across.

- If you are suffering from any kind of health issue or from your family, then one of a bullshit senior manager will tell you "No worries, I previous worked in a medical shop and I think if you take these so-called tablets then you can come to the office tomorrow" or "My mother is also not good, but I am still working right?!"] - This is how they play sympathy card.

- Even in covid, they told every employee to come to office.

- They blame for nothing.

- The tech leads are more often team leads, because they don't have any technical knowledge.

- But I was glad that my first manager was good, but so far because of this work culture he moved from this company

- There are some phrases below, where usually used by an imposter, boot licker employee or a "paid employee"

"Read all the previous reviews. Can understand them but it's not so true"

"Nice work culture"

"Many opportunities and team leads"

"Work Life Balance, Salary and Benefits"

"Innovative work environment, career growth, collaborative culture"

"Awesome company"

"Good policy and process."

"Iopex is a good platform for freshers."

- Well, If you ever came across these "good" reviews, then trust me you are already in trap!

- If you are working now, then learn some new tech skills and move to another job or abroad.

- If you on board, then you still have chances to leave this company.

- If you are bounded with bond, then have some patience and move on.

- If you are feeling comfort zone in this company, then best of luck because you will not grow until you are a boot-licker!

That's it! Nowadays work culture in India is more toxic and that is the reason it is better for any employee to study or work in abroad which makes you capable and see your progress in life.
