Manipal University is addicted to ION. They use its services extremely in every place. Even the connection provided to professors are of ION. So why is it the worst?
The answer lies in its confidence that they go unchallenged and its autonomous rule over its services to MU.
Customer service is almost non existent. A pretty lady sits at some place, claiming to fix all issues with just her fingers. Which is sky high false because except for her copy skills, she is of no use other than to have a gazing audience.
Customer service dont pickup calls.
Customer service dont respond to our fb, whatsapp messages and querries.
Customer service blames us for their poor service which is absurd.
They have installed years old malfunctioning or broken modems at hostels.
Outside hostel but within campus connectivity is like treasure hunt.
They pay minimum attentiin to boys hostel connectivity.
There is a limit to monthly use, whereas other institutes have no limit to data.
Rigid rules in place for students, but bad work culture.
They dont improve upon their basic problems and cast secondary issies with us, i.e. setting aside the real problem at hand that is them.
They charge heavily for just a top up.
There is no competition to them so they do what pleases them. I dont have much of a good experience with it hence a strictly No - No to guys living outside institues and deciding to use for personal needs only.
