They provide worst environment to their employees. Review on Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd

I have worked for 2 months in Intelenet Global Services in Mohali, Punjab. Which was worst experience in my life and their bad environment forced me to quit my job within 2 months.

My job was in vodafone calling centre for delhi region and believe me that experience of 2 months troubled me a lot mentally and physically. My salary in Intelenet was rs 6500 only with sunday off. Their infrastructure and environment is not suitable for BPO sector and there is always a heavy rush on their floors with waiting calls. There floors for separate calling regions are very suffocated no proper managment of cabins for their employee. Seniours in this company doesn't behave very well with new employee and Intelenet provides very less salary comparablr to other BPO companies. There was no facilities of headsets on each and every computer system and it is very hard to attend calls continusely for 8 hours without headsets. Intelenet Global in Mohali has very cheap managment over their infrastructure and facilities provided to their employees. I found their food available in canteen is too costly comparable to outside shops. Their poor managment on calling floors is too poor to handle customer calls and in evening there is always a heavy list of waiting calls which is very tough time for their employee and full of noice and suffocation every where.

Overall my experience with Intelenet was very bad they provide very less salary and bad environment. If anyone wants to join BPO sector then I will suggest other offices like tata photon plus or relience could be a better choice comparing to Intelenet Global services even their interview process are much easier then Intelenet.
