There are probably many websites which support online payments, but Instamojo is one in which I have personally worked on thanks to my work in office. It is a very user friendly website which helps users understand how to move with the entire process and also eases your banking problems.
Some of the things I like is that you can segregate each of your different types of payments you receive into categories. You don't only get information of all the payments but also of various categories that you have created initially/
Another thing I love is the fact that once the payment is done, for any reason that the customer feels he can request for a refund as well. But both the parties will get an opportunity to reason it out and validate the refund and then go forward with it. I recall personally when a particular customer who requested for a refund simply because he ended up paying twice for the same request, hence it being a valid request we simply validated the refund, unlike in banks where it is a more complicated process.
I also love how you can export and generate an Excel sheet of all the payments you have received along with all the details necessary. It makes business decision making much easier.
Then, the down side of it is he commission rate they charge. From what I know its approximately 1.9%, which is in fact not that expensive but still taking a cut from you which is worth it at the end of the day as you get your work done hassle free.
Most definitely, even if I intend to pursue a business I will most likely be using Instamojo.
