I had to give a review because of the all the negative feedbacks that I saw. I hope it is not a marketing strategy to sabotage a competitor.
I never really had to contact support that much because there was never an issue with time.
I did my college in Manipal, Udupi( karnataka) and their delivery time was always average from 2-3 days. I have frequently ordered during that time and never had any issue.
I had ordered once in Bangalore and I got the order the same day. I had to contact them through mail because of a size problem. They asked me to go ahead and order a replacement product. They delivered the t-shirt the next day and refunded the money in a week. I did not even have to courier it back.
I get an average of 2-3 day delivery here in Mysore where I currently reside.
Hence I can assure you that they are one of the best for Karnataka. This is all I can review. It is up to you to like the products they design as a personal choice :)
