I can see the only customer posting here I don’t whether this platform is good or bad whether Croma will recognise this thing or not.
But like to say u my story or experience u can say,
So I have sent my resume to hr on 05/08/20 after sending my resume I got a revert from their hr saying is the salary is negotiable I said yes it is
But later on when I found one of my friends working with the same organisation so I thought to ask u how they work and all. Then on next day I got a call from hr we will be conducting your interview with the head of hr I said ok and then I got a call from the teams and they saw me and asked my interview question so this was the first round for me and then head hr ask me about my profile and later they said u have cleared two rounds and the third round will happen with a cluster in charge and that was scheduled on 15th Aug 2020 and had a conversation with cluster manager almost for half an hour and then hr again took my interview so I was selected from their side only the salary which I deserve I asked but later on I came to know only they can offer me 3000 lesser salaries what I deserve because of my experience but I still agreed to it as I was switching my job to a big company called as Tata group “Croma”. As the hr was already aware of my notice period of one month so he said u can accept our offer letter and resign at your current organisation.
Without thinking anything, but I was thinking only about a big company and the position they offer me was big for me so I resigned from my current organisation and accepted the offer letter of “Croma” so-called.
So I was relaxed and I went to my previous organisation for exist formalities. So after completing my exist formalities and I was returning to my home, I thought to call Croma hr to check what all document they required as they already have my Cv but then I already got a call from same Croma hr and I asked him yes sir what docs u need firstly he replied very nicely that this and these docs are required but all of sudden he ask me my graduation certificate I replied that I m not graduate but have 12yrs experience and then he started becoming rude to me and said u don’t know how to read a mail as I got a mail from him on 27/09/2020. But I just ask him to have u read my Cv once.
He said I m dismissing ur offer at the same moment.
So I was like I had a job and because of the so-called big company “Croma” is also playing a game.
So what we expect from others.
