I have purchased an home appliances(Order: 12973970, Suborder - 22121851, 1 of Butterfly Desire 3 Jar Mixer Grinder, multicolor) from infibeam. The order was a prepaid one. Once I have placed an order I have been getting calls to give them my ID Card Scan copy to dispatch the product, I have given it to them pretty fast, at that time itself.
Now It is about a week the product is not yet dispatched, Showing shipping in progress. The same status is showing from the date of placing my order. I am bit worried since the order was prepaid. the customer response and service, what I have felt is too bad.
They are not professional. When I called them to enquire about the status of my order, I was not getting a proper answer, "Product may dispatch, cannot commit a proper time of dispatch, They cannot understand what I am saying etc."
Hope they have not started this website store to cheat customers. If the need for products is Immediate please don't trust "INFIBEAM.COM." My situation should not happen to another customer. Hope my review will be useful to other customers, who have the intention to purchase products From INFIBEAM.Com. Please beware of this website/online store.
