I ordered a Transcend 64 GB Micro SD class 10 card from Infibeam on the 30th of May 2013. I got the card on the 6th of June 2013. The card I received has only 44kb capacity. So I started on this whole so called process to get a replacement. I called them and the 1st person I spoke to said they will arrange fora reverse pickup. 4 Days later I called in again and the 2nd person said I need to send screenshots to them to prove that I am not lying. So I did that and a week later somebody from Infibeam called me up and gave me their suppliers number. I was in a meeting so I couldn't cross question him, but then I did call this supplier of theirs and he tells me he will not arrange for a pick-up, instead I have to courier it to the address specified by him. To which I asked him to SMS me the address, which he never messaged me. This left me  without much choice so I called up Infibeam customer care again and this time they said they can arrange the pick up. I guess all their customer support executives are not trained in the same room so people have different notions about what is Infibeam's responsibility.


Eventually the pickup happened on the 20th and the pickup guy told me that I'll get the replacement by 24th. That didn't happen so again a call to Infibeam and this time the executive who picked the call said I'll receive the order by 28th. I didn't get the order by 28th, so I as a last resort have cancelled the order. I am still waiting for the refund and for that I have already spoken to 4 different people till now. This is the kind of customer scare i.e. customer care Infibeam is operating with. I wish them a steady decline in the business and huge never ending losses for the way they have treated me.


I advice everybody reading this not to buy anything from these cheats !!!
