Dear Neha,


It is very unfortunate to see a supposedly responsible company like INFIBEAM pass on the blame to the customer for your inefficiency and failures. When you accepted the order and taken my money on the 11th. of February,  your company took a legal and moral contract.




  1. I have had no information of your INABILITY to deliver till 10.10 AM on the 14th. At which time it was too late for me to make alternate arrangements to deliver a gift to my wife to express my love which I never missed in the last 10 years. Hope some of the executive staff of your company realize that you are not just Delivering PRODUCTS but a lot of expressions and inner feelings of your customers with those PRODUCTS.




  2. You cannot expect the customer to move his entire family and household to suit the convenience of your delivery couriers / vendors or yourselves.




  3. I have been a loyal customer to INFIBEAM thru NDTV SHOPPING for the past so many years and  your own staff confirms it to me on phone but are not willing to go that extra effort to arrange the delivery, despite me agreeing to deliver aly damn thing instead of the ordered product.You have delivered similer PRODUCTS to the same address in the past 3 years, atleast 2-3 times a year.




  4. An online shopping service like yours depends on the service and not on your convenience.




  5. An occasion like the VALENTINES day dose not depend on the whims of your staff/ vendors/ couriers.






I don't give a damn about the money whether you refund compensate multifold or just pocket it and forget about the whole episode. I will remember and I will be letting everybody know about it. I only wish some of the senior members of the company have noticed the inadequacy of the service you are providing and will take approriate actions to avoid another schmuck who is unfortunate in dealing with you in future. Yours sincerely but not at all thankful
