I have been purchasing online from infibeam (largely books) for last three to four years and have never come across such a pathetic service from them. Though they have always been slow in responding as well the couriers they use seems to be dressed in the same attire.
I had ordered a USB 3.0 Transcend Jet Flash 700 (Black, 16 GB) Flash Disk on 26/August/2012. They have been showing the same shipped as under:

Shipment Date: 27/08/2012
Shipping Agent: Aramex
Tracking Code: 4408319064
Today is 01/September/2012 but the shipper seems to have been carried away by the parcel and is showing the same being transported from place to place throughout India when the same was shipped from Delhi and supposed to be delivered to Gwalior---a four hour drive.
At this end neither infibeam responds to my queries and seems to have blocked their online engine from taking complaints as well as requests nor aramex. It appears that aramex has their motto "aram se chalo delivery ho ya na ho paisa milna chahiye".
This appears to be merely silence before the crash. I had experienced similar after sales service in the past from Indiaplaza that's why I stopped ordering on the online store. infibeam too I will have to give a serious thought ordering again in future. They should give a serious thought that that if they ship alike between short distances they will die fast.
