I was a regular customer of book on Infibeam because I love books. I purchased two books from Infibeam. The books I received were bad quality. I contacted Infibeam and told them that I received bad quality. So I asked them what to do now. They told me you have to return the books to us and we will replace them to you.
I sent the damaged books to them. Yes their internal process took some time but I received replaced books.
If I compare with another Shopping experience with REDIFF.COM, Infibeam is good. From REDIFF.com I bought a lock and they sent me wrong and cheap product and great thing is that they never listen me.
