This is a very ameturist business site if not outright frauds. It's your money and you don't deserve to be taken for a ride at your expense.
I'll tell my experience. This site was popping at my FB page everytime I open it. Thought it would be a genuine site considering the products they offer. I was attracted to one particular product, a flexible multitool. I checked the price at Amazon and Flipkart, and found to be some 500-700 more than offered here. So I made the order pre-paid. 4-5 days pass without any further development. So I contacted the customer care who replys, asking to remain patient for the despatch will be made in a couple of days. But the next day, I receive a mail stating that the order is cancelled for non-availability of the product and the refund will be made in 2 weeks! See two weeks! But the next day itself, the same product pops up at my page and I tried ordering it, and the order was accepted! And in the coming days I get reminders to complete the payment.
After waiting two weeks and a couple of Emails, I get a refund. I think the idea behind this site is not to sell products but to borrow some easy money!
Nobody will be buying expensive machineries online. For your domestic and DIY tools, buy from reputed sites even if the prices are dearer by a few hundreds. But you are guarenteed a delivery!
