IndusInd Bank Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I was asked to buy aviva insurance product by the branch manager for 1 lac for opening a small locker(rs2000 p/a) which was not told by the executives while opening the exclusive account(min bal 1lac in account)
It could have been told before itself and not after opening the account.Hope atleast the customer service would be good and the returns from the policy bought for over 10 years period to br good keeping fingers crossed! They have got best bank awards last year hope they live upto it.
