I have an NRE+NRO accounts with the banks Viman Nagar Pune Branch, the RM hardly answers the calls , recently I was unable to complete my KYC after submission of all my required attested documents even after 1 month.
The documents were submitted in 2 branches physically & emailed to nri Department as per instructions however the bank replied almost a month later giving excuse of documents not being clear / readable later it was done basis same submissions.
The forex transactions on multiple occasions were delayed beyond a half a months time saying there were under process and being looked into without proper reasoning only later to be cleared.
RM hardly answers the call or is mostly in meetings where there is no one to complain or look to your urgent banking matters.
Would recommend to look for other banks as I have not seen such unprofessional and careless banking staffs in my career.
I had raised my issues to NRI dept. Regional manager on multiple occasions who doesn't even bother to reply.
With above experiences I have asked bank to close both my accounts.
Indusind banking is the worst experience of my life.
