IndusInd Bank Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am a customer of this bank, but believe me, I am not satisfied at all, I have opened a F.D(Fixed Deposit) by calling customer care, they ensured me that my F.D has been opened and I will have to 50000 per year for 5 ears continuously.
After one year, I inquired about my F.D, they said, I have not opened any kind of F.D, it was an insurance policy whose returns are based on market trends, and there are no definite returns plus, it is possible that I don't get my principle amount after 5 years. this was insane.
I got mad completely, I complained about that executive who opened my F.D, they did not give my any papers saying it is completely online.
I am very much worried, though, the case is opened with its manager and banking ombudsman, they are saying I will get my amount back, but what about my time wasted and interest on that amount.
Please never ever open account in this bank, they are making fool of their customers.
