I have a saving a/c in this branch. As mine is a select a/c Relationship manager(RM) was assigned to me. At present Ramakanth is the RM(Mobile: 868880xxxx).
When I opened the select a/c they told me that it was zero balance a/c. Recently I observed in my monthly statement that the'Select' a/c holders also need to maintain 50K as quarterly balance.
To get clarification on that I have been contacting the RM Mr. Ramakanth(Mobile: 868880xxxx). Mostly he does not pick the call, if he picks he tells he is in meeting with a client(may be future bakara) and replies me after that.
But after a month also he did not give me any clarification on that. At the time of opening this a/c also they took more than one month. Please don't take any accounts from this branch.
If we want to complain this to branch, they have only 1860 500 5004 which charges us Rs.1/- per minute and the problem also won't resolve.
