Here is the latest update on the issue I have with INDIGO AIRLINES.


Indigo Airlines has issued Rs. 5000 worth 5 vouchers, total of Rs. 25000. But one voucher can be used with one flight booking only. So now I have to fly through Indigo Airline for 5 times within 6 months. It is clear that three of the vouchers will be expired because I will not be able to fly even two times in six months. THIS IS ANOTHER WAY OF CHEATING CUSTOMER. Not only this, as Indigo has to issue me vouchers worth Rs. 65000 but they issued only for Rs. 25000. But now even every day I am writing email to Customer Relations, Customer Experience, Appellate Authorities and Nodal Officer, but no one is ready to here and also responding to me. Even when I called to customer relations, one of the representative took my phone and told me to hold for transferring to related representative but they never transferred, I hold phone for 10-15 minute. What do you think is it not CHEATING? I am sure this is CHEATING and I think INDIGO AIRLINE is CHEATER AIRLINE, what do you think?


Requesting to all social media users to share it with all their contact and discuss the issue in social media so that people understand and wake up for AVOIDING Indigo Airline for travels.

Indigo has contacted me through Indigo’s social media relationship department and promised me to reissue the vouchers. I was told to wait for 24-48 hours. Still I am waiting. They are not responding to any of my email except computer generated email. This is indicating that they do not have VALUE OF CUSTOMER. When Indigo do not have value of customer why customer value their services? As a suffering customer of Indigo, I am seeking support of all international flyers as well as domestic Indian flyers. PLEASE SHARE THIS CHEATING OF INDIGO ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO MORE PEOPLE AND SUPPORT ME BY AVOIDING AND NOT FLYING THROUGH INDIGO AIRLINE EITHER ON DOMESTIC FLIGHTS OR THROUGH INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT.

I would like to write and let all of you know a dispute with Indigo Airlines.


On 10th April 2022, Indigo Airlines has not allowed us to board the flight even all the documents were as required and later same has been accepted by Indigo Airlines. After lots of complaint and investigation, Indigo Airline has accepted their fault and regretted to us and offered the cash back to us with condition that we will not lodge the complaint and will not take any legal action in Indian court or customer court/forum. Because of the Indigo request and assurance not to repeat similar distrust act, we decided not to take any legal action in India with customer court/forum but also we decided not to take cash back and take vouchers so that Indigo Airlines does not require to pay us back the money which we already have spent for flight ticket. Only we requested to issues the vouchers which will not expire in certain time limit(Normally Indigo Airline is issuing voucher with six month validity only and if you do not use it, it will expire and you lose the money). Indigo Airline has issued vouchers worth Rs. 70000 with six month validity and in written email they have assured to reissue the vouchers, if expired, till those are used to buy flight ticket. We TRUSTED Indigo Airlines.


Because of the circumstances, and unfortunately, we were not able to use those vouchers till now. So TRUSTING Indigo Airlines, we requested them to reissue the vouchers, but they denied to reissue the vouchers. Also they stopped reply to the email I am sending and requesting to reissue the vouchers.


Now I lost TRUST on the Indigo Airlines. The case is related to PNRs XSVMRX/ZRN5JN.


Now I am seeking advise from the social media user, what shall I do?


Can I still lodge complaint in consumer court/forum?


Is there any other place where I can complaint?


Is there anyone else have similar issue and still fighting with Indigo Airlines?


Please communicate to me.
