I'm a frequent traveller and I prefer to visit all the places around the country. As I'm a travel fanatic, I had to choose airways so that I can save a lot of time which will make my trip much more better but this airline always spoils my trip.So far, I've travelled only on domestic airlines.When it comes to indigo, the service us very poor. Two years ago, I've booked tickets for my frnds from Bangalore to Rajahmundry as they have to join a new company and after booking the tickets on indigo app, the total amount has been deducted from my bank account but I received a message that the tickets aren't booked due to some issues and the amount will be refunded within a week.later I had to choose another airline. Fifteen days later when I realised that I hadn't receive my money, I approached the customer care but they kept my call on hold for almost an hour.Then I dropped a mail lo higher authorities and I strictly warned them that I'll go to consumer court.A week later, they refunded my money.Sad to face this kind of worst experience from a reputed airlines.
