Recently we had to rush to Bangalore from Chennai at the last moment to attend a tragedy in the family. While all the other airlines( AI, Jet) either regretted or tried to cash in on our urgency, Indigo surprised us with prompt service and sharing our grief even though they fare was the lowest(Rs. 1879/-) The flight took off on time and landed 5 minutes ahead of time.
The cabin crew looked fresh and active . The announcements were accurate, faultless and everything looked extremely professional.
They do not serve breakfast or meals for fee which is understandable. However, they sell some common items and serve water only for free if requested.
The landing was perfect with no jerks and we were taken to arrival gate by a bus. The cabin crew guided us for our further journey.Overall , we could not miss to observe their good service inspite of our grief.Hats off to Indigo!To fill in the 150 mandatory words, let me wish Indigo all success.
