Indiatimes, excuse me pls. Review on IndiaTimes Mail

You can’t straighten a dog’s tail! Can you?

Till today, I regret the day when I created my account at Indiatimes mail. It was one of my colleagues who recommend Indiatimes to me. Initially the email service was slow but at least it used to work for most of the time, then one fine day they did some up gradation (that what they told us when their email server was down for one whole week last year) without any prior notice to their members. All they did was a sorry text message on their main page. Then after a week’s time it started to work again, all they did during this one week was to change the interface and added some bold and color fonts on the compose mail page. And yes the speed of mail did increase to some extent but what the use of it, as in recent times it goes down for days and days together without any proper information about the status of their email service.

God only knows the sorts of people that are responsible for running this sort of service.

The least said about Indiatimes.com the better. I feel they will go down drain in less than 3 month I can’t see any glimmer of hope for the survival of this pathetic group.

In the end I had to create new account at Hotmail, which I feel is the best in business today.
