I have had a few very experiences with Indiaplaza and the only reason I tried them a few times was because the mobiles are cheap there for some reason. Here is a brief list of my bad experiences.
1) After your order, many a times they send you an email saying that product has been delivered when it is not. Sometimes they say shipping is delayed when the product is actually delivered.
2) the AWB number and Courier service names( Bluedart) they give in all automated emails are wrong. They use some other service but their software is not upgraded.
3) There is no option to choose colors etc when you order something. If you call customer care they would say "yes we will do it" but they never consider it.
And now the master of everything. I placed the order of a Blackberry worth 18K.after 2 months they failed to deliver the product and after 100 of email exchanges they have refunded only 15K of that.
My order had partial money from Kotak Net card which can't take cash back but after repeated calls and emails these bloody people still reverserd the charges on the card and that money never came to my account. So I loose 3 months, 3K and they gain 3K and having still fun claiming "india's FINEST online store"
Don't every buy things from there.
