I have travelled in Satabdi Express from Bhubaneswar to Howrah junction last year. In this train you will find everything good and has quality orher than the food provided.The food rates are high if compared to the price charged and the pantry staffs are rude by behaviour.It is a request to the IRCTC department to kindly check the updates of menu provided in the train & the extra tip charged by the hawkers of pantry.On the other hand, in presence of RPF & GRP officials, the transgenders are collecting money by force or by abusing the passengers and when they are complained they deny it.
So I would request IRCTC department to take steps against all these point and improve the travel experiences by looking into these matters.
