HONESTY IS THE WORST POLICY AS-FOR-AS S.MANJUNATH IS CONCERNED.

It seems that honesty is the worst policy.  Sometime before a M.B.A qualified working in a Government office dealing with removing the adulteration and controlling the quality petrol supply to the vehicle users was mercilessly killed by the fraud petrol bunk owner with some rowdy elements working against the honest S.MANJUNATH.  This kind of incident definitely discourages anybody to join any Government services.  This also brings to the mind of the people to think that HONESTY IS THE WORST POLICY.  The Government has sealed the petrol bunk.

My very important idea to our State and Central Government is that Government should cease the property of the criminals and keep those properties for keeping the law breakers.   The law breakers should not be given that property back to the law breakers for bribe with money payment. The Government can use the law breakers property for keeping all law breakers.(convert the criminals property as Jails).

What happens when adulteration in petrol takes place.  The pollution takes place and due to pollution people breathe polluted air and suffer through breathing problems.  In addition to this, all the vehicles which use this adulterated petrol will have to do the reboring frequently which costs approximately 25% to 50% of the original cost of the new vehicle.   Also, when adulterated petrol is used in the vehicles all the vehicles become a BIG JUNK VEHICLE.  This discourages the vehicle users to use their vehicle.  All the hard earned money goes in reboring(reconditioning)  of the vehicle.

Do the Indians deserve the best is a million dollar question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
