Hoping that everyone knows about Indian Idol I am continuing further. I dunno whether u guys agree with me or not but in my opinion, Indian Idol I or II is not a search for true IDOL.
I have seen both series and came to conclusion that it is neither Junta kee choice nor Judges Choice. Its biased voters choice who r either friends of that contestant or family members or acquaintances who are taking judgement for Indian Idol.
If you talk about Indian Idol II, every person you meet will say Karunya is a package, he has got this, he has got that, and for that matter even judges took him to high skies. But what happened in last Sandeep who himself believed Karunya as winner,won. To everyone's surprise all over again we lost the search for Indian Idol.
I am not saying Abhijit Sawant or Sandeep are bad singers or they shouldn't have won but truly if they also ask themselves both the times in Indian Idol, the runner up has become winner. Amit Sana might be didn't won due to his overall personality but Karunya had capability plus personality then what went wrong.
If you ask me about one more popular singing competition on ZEE i.e SA RE GA MA PA Challenge 2005, again there were two contestants fighting in the end who had no competition as such but singing sensation Vinit took the back seat and Debojit all of a sudden won with some 0.2% more votes.
What went wrong??? Again was in the mind..... What happens in last..... why the deserved person has to take back seat...... Is it always looks of a person which makes him winner............ Or is it something else which is happening in all these shows?
Truly in my opinion these are not search for Idol Singers in the end but just they are making money out of votes and voters in fact.. I give my due respect to Serials like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and even Indian Idol but do we expect this in the end from such talent hunt programmes.
I am disappointed with the results of Indian Idol II as I feel Karunya and Sandeep had no competition and Karunya was truly Winner but Sandeep Won. And I am not biased as both are not related to me in anyway.
I want your comments on my review b'coz I want to see Am I correct in stating all this or Its only my opinion and people out there are satisfied with results of such shows.
