Dear Friends
As every one knows that its a big online site but its services are found every time bad and poor and we avoid this site now due to its poor quality products and bad service support
We had used many different different type of online sites and IndiaMart also one of them but our experience was never found good here due to its poor services
Mostly our order never got delivered on time its delivered delayed every time and due to this we suffered a lot of time
Before some time we had ordered here some our home appliances and at the timing of booking the given delivery time was only 6 working days but its delivered after two weeks of the booking and when we received our order we found that the material was completely different as per shown on there web site
When we requested here for replacement its take almost one month with a regular followup instead of quick support and replacement
Mostly we found here low quality products which never found useful till long time and there is nothing like found good customer service support also
The web site also found very slow during watching and searching the products and it take a lot of time during complete a order
Its found not reliable due to its poor support and low quality products and there is no value of our money for such type of non quality products because there are a lot of other sites available where we can get much better services with quick support instead of Indiamart
