A company with full of unprofessional-ism & zero business ethics.
A friend of mine ordered magazine(mother & baby magazine).
she bought it by paying through internet banking, but she had pathetic experience with this guyz.
1) Time duration taken for is unrealistic
2) Delivery:- they never fulfill the order on time & you will have to regularly follow up
3) False Promises:Every time a new date or day will be promised which will never be fulfilled
4) Cancellations:- irate by delay delivery she asked to cancel the order but the than said cancellation charges will have to be paid which was between 10% of product value
5)Customer care-= totally unprofessional people hired to just annoy the customers
6)i just wonder if this is the pre buying experience how would they behave when customer finds some issue with the product.
save our money -don't buy form indiamags
