I am associated with India infoline since long. Currently I am not doing any trading in my account . So called up the ahmedabad local office to know the annual balance. The front desk officer transferred call to some relationship officer. I explain him situation rather than answering about my balance he is more interested in my trading activity.after sometime when I emphasis that I dont want to trade.he forwarding my call to someone.my phone call is transferred from one desk to another. finally I have to disconnect the phone without no results.
To get the balance and ledger copy I send an email to customer care. I got reply that I had not send mail from my registered email ID. I send the copy of the NSDL registration sheet in which it clearly shows my registered email ID and I had send the mail from that only.
I had send 4 reminder emails but no one bothered to check the attachment and I am getting the copy paste reply in every email.
