I had placed a order for orchids for 445 on the website yesterday, since they aren't available locally, they took a whole hour to confirm the payment for the order, while they kept cutting calls on my face for like 10 times.today i got to know india cakes delivering roses instead of orchids since orchids aren't available, i can get stupid roses in my local shops for way cheaper prices too. They even asked 275 extra for delivery. So i mailed them and called them on their helpline, asking to cancel the order since i can't pay extra 275 and also don't need roses for a price of 445.
Listen to this, They said they have a substitute policy where if the product isn't available in my city, they will send me next best product instead, bs scammers these piece of shits are.
Even if you did pay with credit, this policy of theirs will not let you get a refund. They are sitting just to scam people legally.
I'll take this review off if they refund me ...
