My brother in law is having a home loan. How is Indiabulls is unprofessional and parasite is shown below.
1.Indiabulls did not give my rate hike notification on mobile number or mail. As and when RBI hike the rate of interest Indiabulls gives effect immediately without notifying the customer.
2.When I ask my agent the status of my Loan after one year and what is rate of interest he said 11 percent which gives me knee jerk because this is the rate for a personal loan while they charge for a home loan which gives me disappointment to great extent.
3.Further agents said me if the customer wants to lower their rate of interest they have to make an application to Indiabulls branch. Without information or notification they can higher the rate while for reducing rate customer have to make an application which is highly pathetic because in normal course customer never knows their rate of interest.
4.For the same question as mentioned in number 3, I have enquires in Indiabulls customer care from their they give excuse for increasing rate as per RBI however when question of reducing rate has been asked they say according to market situation they are charging rate of interest which completely incorrect and the way of snatching valuable hard earned money from their customer.
5.Again I have requested to make prepayment initially agents denied me to prepayment then he says it’s chargeable then today he said it’s not chargeable after one year he says it’s not chargeable. This is also ridiculously pathetic.
6.Further I have requested to transfer my loan to another bank from Indiabulls. They said in different different procedure it will take 60 days around time. Which shows Indiabulls's Inability to work as NBFC and highly responsible for robbing money of the innocent public. They can not bear that their regular paying customer would go away to other banks. They do harassment to a genuine customer who want the shift to another bank. This time of transferring is highly unreasonable and over timing.
7.Further they give the timing of transferring original documents to other banks in such a way that new banks give cheque or DD in favor of Indiabulls and after that Indiabulls will transfer original documents in 30 working days which can never be acceptable by another bank. Because they will not accept insecurity for one month. Which left me with the only option to pay off full loan amount and then again I give application for a home loan in another bank.
8.For everything Agent’s said me to visit branch they did not give any facilities online or on call. In current scenario Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi talking about digitization and on another hand Indiabulls not providing facilities online. This is showing the backward class of Indiabulls.
These all reasons shows unprofessionalism and unethical scandal run by Indiabulls to snatch or rob money from people who earn money through hard efforts.
This doesn’t even deserve one star. Highly disappointed.
