India shining ads are all full page ads in newspaper about the achievements in the past few years compared to 50 years....
Whether it is true or not that india is shining, the question that needs to be asked is who is paying for the full page ads that are coming in the newspapers... at a time when govt. is removing subsidies saying it is running short of money... how come the money is coming for full pages ads based on partial selective statistics?
The ads compare internet connections to a time when internet was never there and of four lane roads at a time when vehicles were rare.....
It is no doubt an election propaganda..... but with every ad the people are feeling the pinch in the pocket that it is their money that is being spent....
They seem to have forgotten to mention about the price shoot in petrol that has happened in the last few years... with fuel increase the price of every commodity that has increased........
They should also compare the taxes they have taken over the last few years compared to over the past 50 years..... the poor man is not interested in seeing four lane and full page ads when thousands of people are still begging for basic amenities.....
But with elections since all the goodies are coming and every other incomplete promises being fulfilled there surely is a wish that elections should be held every year...... if not for the election expenses and propanda money for which more taxes are being added.....
