I purchased a pack of 15 Mock Cats (SimCATS) for Rs.1500 at Churchgate center.
I paid the fee on 14-8-2010 but did not get the the username & password for 10 to 15 days (so that I could login & take the tests online or start booking for the SimCATS at the venues.)
Repeated calls to IMS proved of not much help.I called the Head office , those people told me to contact the center where I paid the fees.I called the lady there at church gate.She told she will co-ordinate with the H.O. people. I said OK
I waited for a few days n called her again & told her that if you are unable to provide it to me please give a refund.Also cited the example of Career Launcher classes where we get an sms with login details on SMS as soon as we enroll. She very sweetly like a honey told -"You need to be patient. It will be sent.I have sent a mail to the Head office"
After a few days again I called the HO directly & the guy generated a password & username for me. After logging in I could access the tests & practice section tests.
Also while enrolling, the counselor had told me I will be having 15 SimCATS apart from
zero , alpha & beta (3 more initail tests).Wrong data was given to me as only 12 SimCATs were provided.
Also in thenewspapers I happened to see that this pack was available for Rs.1000 and notr Rs.1500
Plus my access to some section of the website where I could do more practise on Questions was blocked.I again called the H.O. raised these three issues.
They were unable to provide me the satisfactory solution.Neither I could get my national ranking of the tests even after attempting the test at the centers & within the window period.
Overall I am not happy with IMS.
