We have a connection with HP Gas, at Padmarao Nagar, Madhu Gas Agencies.


The staff is very rude, they do sale the gas illegally, sell it at Rs. 315/- against the billed price, which is Rs. 290/- approx, which is definitely above the MRP.


The one big thing I have experienced is that they are cheaters, and worst in their behaviour threatening the customers with dire motives, as if they are local goons / dons.


Every time my mother used to take the gas, when she is at home. But this time I had taken, since I was at home, and noticed a strange problem, cheating and threatening the customer with ill motives and foul language.


The problem comes, when I was busy, a 12 year kid came for delivery, as usual just I had asked him to enter details in the service book, and gave him the amount of Rs 315/-, asked him about the bill, then he gave the merchant copy to sign, after signing and I had returned he just was leaving without giving the bill.


I insisted him to give the consumer copy of bill. The boy he what will happen, if he doesnt give it. Looking at the strange reply, I again insisted him to issue the customer copy, then he started saying, your bill is in office, and we will not give.


I had questioned him, then why did you take my signature. He circastically replies, this is some others bill, and showed me at a glance and started leaving the premises.


I questioned him, how can you take signature on others bill, he adamantly replied, what you can do, and just flew away from there. Then I realized their cheating.


I had reported to the Distributor, Madhu Gas Agencies, Padmarao Nagar, a lady Ms. Anita, has attended the call, and I explained her the problem done by the delivery boy. She assured me that she would speak to him, and taken my mobile no, to call me back then. After few minutes She called me back, and said the delivery boy will come by EOD.


The delivery personnel never came inspite of wait.


Due to the worst experiences with them, I had lodged a complaint on the HPCL Site, at the EOD, without any hope, expecting they would misbehave the very next day, as they have done previously.


Next day morning, I had called up @ 10:30 AM and a guy had lifted the call, and I explained him what happened yesterday, and Ms. Anita was following it up, and I wanted the status of BILL as it was not given at delivery.


The guy started instigating himself as the proprietor, and started in local abusive language, threatening black and blue verbally, and that he would see the end if I call again or come to the office and disrupted the call.


I got shocked with the behaviour call up again, and asked him to tell his name, now the guy was representing himself as anita, and started abusing, you are harassing a lady, I am going to give a complaint in this regard, and warned dont dare to call again or visit the office, as he would create an issue out of this and lodge a complaint against you.


I did not understand what was happening for a moment, that too just for a BILL. Would they kill if we ask a BILL. I am surprised. Who is the person, who has fabricated and messed the issue. It is clear that he is supressing the matter and consumers voice through false, immoral, and indecent motives.


I had called the helpline no published in news paper reporting similar incidents, tried several times, but there was no use, as the people were saying we dont give any feedback, but we will raise a complaint online, which I had already done.


However on Friday, the no got connected and It happened to speak to the concerned authority who was available at that moment(Mr. Nageswar Rao), explained him the problem, he understood it clearly, and the handbook which was not containing the BILL / Cash Memo info, since couple of months.


He has asked me to check the cylinder label, even there was no information on the label affixed. The only thing that were available was delivery date, and SR No.


No Consumer No were entered on the label on cylinder and in the handbook, which clearly shows that they are hiding their activities.


He clearly realized this, that they were not following the norms, and also stated, since the delivery was done, we cannot do anything further, but we have already forwarded it to the Dealer email address. You can check the status.


If the same thing appears again, you can lodge a complaint instantly or call us.


On saturday, a person called at 6PM stating that we were harassing a lady, which never happened, and given a complaint which we should withdraw or they will lodge another complaint threatening dire consequences, representing himself as the manager.


Why would the customer do such things, which are out of his interest, what makes them to react so. Is there any relation?


We clearly questioned him, we gave a complaint about the bill which was not issued, why you are not attending the complaint, and the signature was falsely took on other's bill, which is a illegal act. Why you are not following your duties? Where is the bill?


We insisted him to we wanted to speak to his superior, he said his manager is not available.


We asked him, how many managers do you have, he replied only one manager. And we asked him then who are you, he replied he is the CASHIER.


We asked him then why he said he was a manager, he said, we do everything. Our Manager is always busy. We do all the manager will do, and was again misbehaving, and speaking rudely in local abusive language, about his fabricated story.


We asked him only one thing finally, we will talk to your manager, and the complaint is about the BILL which is not issued, and all the drama is falsely fabricated, threatening the customer to suppress his voice. Please speak about the BILL when they would issue?


He abruptly disconnected the call without addressing the problem with a misleading motive.


Later when I checked the status of complaint online, the status was closed, and no action was taken on it, nor any information was provided.


Why were they threatening customer with dire consequences, it is a clear unanswered question, instead of doing their duty properly? Why are they fabricating the issue?


Why dont they realize they had done couple of mistakes, forgetting their duties


a) Not issuing the bill,


b) Taking signature on others bill


c) over charging the customer.


d) fabricating the issue, and threatening with abusive and ill motives.


e) Misrepresentation of facts, people, and abusing the authority.


Why all this fuss? Why a customer has to go through such a painful scenario?


Why couple of people are involved shielding their mistakes, and threatening the customers and abusing them?


Why there is no service orientation?


Why customer is pained for their mistakes?


How long?


Is there any one who can help and protect consumers from their fraud and malpractice?


Is there any one who can be polite and address the customer problem?


Is there any one who can be genuine?


I dont see an answer?
