Today I would like to talk about some bad effects of using mobile phone. There are researches saying that extended use of mobile phones can have very bad effects n your daily life . I would like to talk about three of them . 1) Bad vision ; its the common one we have heard of, the effect mobiles hove on our eyes are worst .solution? calculate the size of the screen say x then keep it at a distance of 3 x for a good healthy eyes . 2) get hated by society; yes, you get hated by the society( friends, family), because yo are always with that phone when they need you the most, if continued this can have bad effect on your social behavior .
3) stress; there are researches showing that extended hours of using a mobile phone increases the stress hormones, so watch out . At the at the end I am not saying that using mobile phones is bad I am just saying the extended use of one is .so watch out know the limits.
