Iken / mexus team is unable to sort out any technical problem.the DVD purchased does not work and they have no solution to fix it.even after multiple calls they always say "we will revert to you" but that never happens customer support always says they will speak to their seniors and advise. Which never happens do not buy any iken /mexus education product.
No customer service at all.and no technical know how to resolve issues.
Do not buy any iken /mexus education product.
