We took hours two select two B day cakes for my daughters.
Both of them arrived damaged. IGP was not able to help us with resolution for this during the situation No back up plans with them or replacement or next delivery attempt. No care for customer at all
They blamed on Zomato for delivery issues.
The cake was packed in a normal thin card board box. The guy who delivered it kept one top of the other also without any commonsense.
We got into real trouble as party was about to happen in next 2 hours. We had to arrange two ordinary cakes from nearby shop after that.
They spoiled our day and mood of our kids as well.
I would recommend never ever order cakes from here if you need it in proper shape.
My review will be negative. But I am forced to give 1 star as that is the only option
