I had ordered this on the eve of 23 with confirmation of same day delivery, then by 10 I had to call by myself to get an update on which I was informed that they have delayed my order without my knowledge. Next they promised it to be delivered by 24th noon.
I AGAIN had to call at 1pm on 24th to which I was told that my order has been delayed again to the evening. Then by evening I had to call AGAIN and my order was delayed AGAIN to 8pm.
I got extremely agitated and exclaimed that I wish for a refund and order cancellations if it's not delivered by 8. Then they sent me a message that it has been delivered however the person I was ordering for didn't receive it all, they faked a delivery to avoid complications. In the end they cancelled my order, wasted my time and efforts and this led me to miss out on the occasion as well.
Kindly do NOT trust this business and take their reliability with a grain of salt, there are wayy better snps for the same purpose
