My Name is Harish Chuggani and recently I had a problem with your microwave but this time the problem is with my washing machine which is under AMC.

On 26 th the washing machine stopped while running. On 27th the complaint was filed mentioned above and the technician came who said the belt is off. He fiLed the belts and then said that the bearings of the drum are bad and it wont be able to take load. He suggested that we should send the machine which is under AMC to the service center. We are charged 600 for sending the machine. The next day Vishal owner of Durga Pura service center called us and told us that besides the bearings some rubber parts are also bad for which we will have to pay. We agreed on it .
When the machine was delivered and it was used to run a load, it stopped and threw a lot of water from all over . It is dangerous and people could have died due to shock. We immediately turned it off and called Vishal. He did send another technician whose name is Hansraj and he told us that the machine was never opened so how can someone change the bearings.
We were surprised. He showed us the dust on screws and how tight they were that it was difficult for him to open . He called Vishal and Vishal instructed him just to fix it anyhow. We over heard him saying that. At this point the technician Hansraj told him that he won't do iot becasue it could leak current and that can kill somebody so he flat out refused to do the wrong thing to to his boss.
It is amazing to know what all goes on with a remarkable brand IFB. IT is even more interesting that you people give your franchisees to such low level people who will do anything to make that extra buck even if it would cost someones life.

Take this very seriously and immediately take action in order to avoid cases like 420, Negligence, misconduct, misrepresentation and evasion of taxes. By the way, please see the great invoices he has sent us with no details . The receipt in Hindi is from the transporter. The parts that Mr. Vishal is claiming to change were also not delivered to us as a proof that those parts were indeed changed.
