Hello guys! I am sharing my views on washing machine that is IFB Elena Aqua VX with front loader. I had bought this washing machine about last year and now it is not working. I call to customer executive and tell them for the damaging of this machine. But they are very unprofessional and don't want to come for repair it.
This is also not a user friendly machine because it can not clean the cloth completely. Some dust particle even remains in clothes after washing. It makes so much of sound also when you start it. And at a time you can not wash more clothes.
Handling of this machine is so much difficult. And cleaning process of this machine is also tough. In the drier there is a rod in middle and when you spin the clthes all clothes stick to its rod which is also problematic.
Durable is not so longer because it can damge at anytime because of made with cheap mateirals. Its style and designs are very attractive.
But the service and support provided by them to customers are very bad. I will advice to you peoples that never purchase this worst machine.
