I buyed(received) IFB 23Ltr 23BC4 Convection Microwave Oven Black from snapdeal on 13th Nov 2015 and booked for installation and demo on same day.
Today is 25th Nov 2015 and they have not contacted me. I called IFB cust care, spoke to their executives and their supervisor atleast 9 times.
They just keep saying that they will arrange the service requested.
Following are the details, and called following service center numbers provided by cust care, no answers most of the times and even they pick up the call, they guarantee the request to be taken on priority and they even dont call back:

Please mail me(vishal.birari@gmail.com) saying that your services are not-guaranteed and I'll return my product, and I'll make sure you wont be able to give any s-h-i-t on any product. By the way, I've called cust care and service station, collectively atleast 15+ times. I dont want apologies.
