I will share you my true experience with IFB washing machine. I have purchased a new IFB 6 Kg five Star Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine from nearby shop. The outlook is very classy and fabulous but the look does not justify the work. We have very limited color choices are available.
The outer pipe of the machine has damaged just after one week. The noise level of the motor is comparatively high. It makes little bit disturbance to us. They prefer only IFB washing liquid to use in the machine. The price of the product is high. they are providing warranty and no additional warranty for motor.
The operational methods of this product is very complicated and not user friendly. I spend lot of time to understand the settings. The durability is very less. The maintenance costs are the higher side compared to other brands.
They are providing different types of washing options but there are not effective and some modes damage your cloths. If you have any complaint they will not provide proper service. They will never turn up even for free service.
This is my experience with IFB washing machine. I shared it for your better convivence. I will not recommend this product.
