I was using whirpool semi-automatic machine from last 8 years and it was time to change for a brand new machine. I was bit confused which one to buy fully automatic or again semi automatic. After discussing with few persons finally selected IFB top loading fully automatic. And it was a good decision because there is no hassle of involving yourself in the entire washing process, just select the washing program and your job is over, the tridiac pulsator is a very usefull thing which revolve clothes like a front loading machine. Overall its a good purchase.
The design of the machine is such it takes very less space and it's a very stylish machine.
Generally IFB PRODUCTS are durable because I am using a micro wave oven of IFB from last 7 years without any problem. As for as customer support is concerned I never used because both my products are working fine.
