Complaint number 17104666 still unresolved. My experience with IFB customer care is this - PATHETIC. I have been IFB customer for more than 12 years. Whenever there is any issue, you will have to remind them atleast 10 times, and compiant resilution takes weeks if not months. I suggest never buy IFB products. Their executives will simply say " we have escalated your complaint" thats it!
Product itself are good, but when it comes to service due to some issue, the customer is thrown in a spin.
Note for IFB people - Please check my royalty in your records. I owned 2 microwaves and 2 washing machines of IFB. I purchased IFB products because of their past history of product quality. But your service centres have made you pathetically poor.
