Hi friends, I use idhayam oil for 10 years. It gives good aroma and taste to food I cook. For the past 10 years I didn't use any refined oils other than idhayam. I do variety of recipes especially kara chutney, sambar and vathal kulambu recipe is yummy in my cooking. My neighbours and housemates love it. To do these recipes frankly idhayam oil only give exact chettinad samayal taste.Me and my husband runs a small hotel in erode district name "INDIRA MESS" NEAR BHAVANI KUDUTHURAI TEMPLE.My hotel customers love kara chutney, sambar and vathal kulambu. These are very famous in my hotel.


Once you come to bhavani visit my hotel and taste the food. For any kulambu, rasam the masal powder is done using idhayam oil. of course the ingredients for masala's is important for tasteful kulambu varieties, mainly the oil we use will determines the tasteful food. We are hygienic and provides hygenic food to customers as well surely this identifies our hotel's uniqueness from other hotels in the city.
