IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

In addition to the review I posted 2 weeks back someone called up and told that the issue is going to get resolved in 2 days time. I dont want to deny the fact that he was atleast talking sense compared to anyone I spoke to. And he was polite as well. But I didn't trust what he said just because he is IDFC employee. And my guess was right. Issue didn't get resolved in 2 days time 3 days time 4 days time or 6 days time. However got resolved in 7th day. As I was busy with work, I couldn't follow up all these days. I was just relieved as anyways the issue is partially resolved in 7th day. My friend who is working in TOI also told not to go to media as its partially resolved and to wait for another couple of days.


And now this. My EMI date is 5th of every month. Since IDFC didn't take the EMI on 5th of May, I made the payment online on 5th of May itself. Later the same amount of Rs 5409 has been taken from my account on 11th of May. And I asked them how this amount is going to get adjusted. And no one knows the answer. Can you believe a bank can function like this? #IDFC #IDFCBANK
