IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
One of banks I hate is IDFC First bank who send every 3days 2SMS on one or other loan product like credit card, education loan etc and some SMSs at midnight reminders even after warning(Less commercial calls). I warned 2 times by calling then 4 times emailed with unconditional legal liability Rs25Lak to stop MIDNIGHT SMSs and then kept Original Suit by paying Rs1.3Lak court fee still not stopped midnight.
Dont send any email discussion with IDFC first bank which is time wasting and never change IDFC First bank attitude. Even dont sent emails to HDFC and Bajaj Finance as they never listen but EXCELLENT ACTORS, OSCAR AWARD CAN BE GIVEN TO THESE FELLOWS SUCH NICE REPLY BUT DONT DO WHAT IS COMMITTED. SO ITS WASTE OF TIME SENDING EMAIL TO BANKS, JUST SAY GET LAST AND MOVE TO DIFFERENT BANKS.
DD Form is worst, if u go with bearer sign then you cant get DD as it is having many issues, in official sign place asking customer sign and u have to go back to get customer sign, Idiots.
IDFC First bank DONT CHEAT like BAJAJ Finance(Top Fraud) ICICI Bank.
I Have Kotak Bank Salary account, it is good in all formats, particularly your health will not degrade if you have Kotak bank account unlike IDFC First, Bajaj Finance and HDFC bank.
