Here I would like to write a review about this bank. I had started an account in this bank through my friend.
For joining they were good in talk and consider customers satisfaction. Later they changed their attitude and services.
In this bank phone banking is there, but not at all active. The Atm availability is not good. Some places only it's availability is there. Only in the cities the Atm is there. Sometimes in the counters there should not the cash will be there.
Internet banking is active but, the website is very slow. The concept and features are not good and not user friendly.
Customer service is very appreciated. They are good in arranging plans and considering the customer's opinion. They are good in helping customers. But some times they won't be able to attend the customers calls.
