Hello everyone, Idea is a not a good cellular company anymore. It I s becoming a bad quality company, thus I want to share my feelings regarding Idea cellular so guys before telling anything I have to say that it is my personal opinion about Idea and you can completely disagree with me .
So Idea is not giving full value for its money which is a major reason to change its service to any other operator, after doing such things many people can suffer from this but it also gives some network issue to its customers.
The website of Idea is very low grade website which can only be used to do some work like recharge or reading some extra details of your connection. It is a low quality website because it also takes very much time for to load, which is just like a headache for its visitors and can’t be ignored by a rational customer .So the quality of the website is very low quality because of its major disadvantages.
After reading about its website you might be think about its app, but it is also not so good its app is consist of very large size but with few common features. But its app works fastest then its website and can be use for some informative work regarding your prepaid or postpaid connection.
After the launching of Jio any other network is looks like cheaters and fraud because the cheapest plan is in Jio. The customers who are using any other network have majorly two reasons either they have network problem in their area with Jio or they don’t want to change their habit.
The website of Idea is very user friendly and can be used by a normal internet user also by a professional but it should go for some more extra features and comes with a more user friendly app and website. It maybe increases their quality for new customers and existing customers.
I had a good experience with Idea because I got a offer with my Vivo handset which works for me for 84days but after that day My mobile and SIM has stolen and I have to pay a heavy amount for getting a new SIM with the same number .I want to port my number in Jio but I am not 18 years old therefore I have two stay with it for few more months.
